PlRE GOLD raced close to the pace from the start, moved into command rounding the far turn and drew away at the end. AXIOM was quick to begin, showed speed and had no mishaps. HIGHFORTIDIES, on the outside all the way, finished well. HYPNOTIC dropped back after the start, but closed willingly. SHES HOME moved up on the inside entering the stretch, then tired. TWENTY SIX was sent to the outside for the stretch run and, under pressure, wore down MISLEADER. The latter was sprinted into lommand, saved ground and had no mishaps. THE PROBLEM was sluggish in the early staees and finished fast. OCR BULLY was sent up fast after the start but swerved in the stretch in front of MLY TRISTE, forcing the latter to change stridei. BOUNDING HOME yyas kept for-vvardly all the vyay and held on yveil. OLYMPIC ZP.NINTH was hustled into command, drew ayvay into a safe lead and then tired. GREAT RUSH was never a formidable factor.
