Open Del Mar Stable Area DEL MAR, Calif., June 19.— Willard R. Tunney, general manager of the Del Mar Turf Club, announced today that the stable area would be opened tomorrow and that the track also would be thrown open for training. "Dogs" will be placed 20 feet out from the inside rail. Del Mar will inaugurate a 40-day meeting on July 11. There will be no racing on Mondays, except September 3, Labor Day, the final day of the seaside session.
