Commission Rulings Reported to Daily Racing Form At a meeting of the Illinois Racing Board here yesterday the following claiming rule was adopted: "If a winning horse is claimed it shall not start in a selling or claim- ing race for a period of 30 days from date of claim for less than 25 per cent more than the amount for which it was claimed. All other horses claimed shall not be penalized." The board announced the indefinite suspension of Milton Terry, former jockey and outrider, and authorized W. W. Bloom to sell the horses Courtaway and Zangerman to Jack Carrel!. The horses were restored to good standing. Officials for the Arlington Park meeting also were approved by the board.
