Miller, Padgett to Delaware DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., May 28. — Two of Americas newest riding sensations — Paul Miller and Don Padgett — will highlight the group of 50 jockeys who plan to make the Delaware Park meeting opening on May 29 the scene of their profession. Miller will come down from New York where he has been cutting a figure against the top veterans, while Padgett comes up from Maryland where he led everyone this spring.
