Decker Back Riding Again AgainpARDEN pARDEN STATE PARK Camden N J May 7 Jockey Edward J Decker has ac ¬ cepted his first mount at Garden State Park since receiving fractures of both arms here last October At that time Decker suffered injuries when the twoyearold Candance bolted after turning into the home stretch and ran head on into the iron fence on the spectator side of the track The horse fell over the fence and landed on his back Decker was tossed heavily to the concrete Decker has hit the deck on another occasion which in ¬ terrupted his riding career Last May Decker was thrown at Bowie by Chance Tip and broke his collarbone in two places Curiously Decker rode his first winner on the same horse and at the same track in April 1956
