NEW BELMONT STAKES CONDITIONS. For 1910 the Belmont lias been changed from a guaranteed value stake to one with added money. At present it is of the value of .5,000, which was increased to $.10,000 for 1909. The Belmont of 1910 is to have 0,000 added money. The nomination fees have been made light and in the long run the new move should result in greatly increased values to the winners.
