SHIPPING AWAY FROM MONTREAL. Montreal. Que., Octolier 28. — Trainer William Short, who has in charge the horses raced here for II. G. Bedwell under the name of the Yarrow Brae Stable, will ship them to the farm in Maryland this week. Trainer Short has received word from his employer that he will be sent to New Orleans with a string of horses, while Mr. Bedwell will take the remaining horses in the string to Havana. Mr. Bedwell states that he will have two strong anil useful strings for the winters racing. He r -cently purchased seventeen yearlings, which will be sent to New Orleans. A nunilier of horsemen shipped from here to Bowie for the meeting there which follow the meeting at Pimlico and brings the racing in the state of Maryland to a data. Five carloads of horses were shipped yesterday to Juarez from the Mount Royal track. Jockev MeCullough will go to Juarez, while J. Dominick will ride in Maryland. Eugene Lutz. the owner of Leialoha. will ship from here to New Orleans. He will visit the farm of William tiarth in Virginia to look over Messen- ger Boy, which he leased to the Garths. -
