MISS FANNIE RUNS FAST MILE. Triumphr, Over Deliver and Fullux in Golden Kill Handicap — Hurdle Races for Next Year. Tijuana, Mix.. March 22. Pullax loomed up dangerously turning into the stretch, but he tired suddenly ami ould not even get second money from the tiring Deliver. The opening race went to Laughing Water. Shiran elaoe up from the start, overtook and passed Little Birdie in the stretch and outgamed her in the final drive. Bally ran a good race to win the second.
