CURRENT NOTES OF THE TURF. The recent wet weather has interfered somewhat with tlie schooling operations at Pimlico. Three foals are reported at Mr. Ciddings Cedar drove Farm, two colts and a filly, all by Ilaudniore. A report from Toronto regarding the new totalizator said to have been invented, gave the impression that George II. Browne was the inventor. George II. Rata an of US lionld street, however, is the man /.-ho claims to have invented the machine.
