ENGLISH RACING IS RESUMED. A large field turned out, twenty liorses facing tlie starter; The betting was Foxton, 11 to 4; Quarryman, 7 to 1, and AR Serene, 20 to 1. Kscott trained the winner. The stewards of the Jockey Club have decided to run the War Derby, on Tuesday, July 31, at Newmarket.
