RACING PROSPECTS NEVER BRIGHTER Recently while at Lexington, Ky., inspecting his thoroughbreds at his Nursery Stud, Major August Belmont is reported ns saying: "Prospects for racing are brighter than at any time since I have been connected with the sport. The war has brought the horse into greater prominence than ever before and the public has come to realize the value of the iudustry, aside from the sport afforded by racing."
