CANADAS STRINGENT RULES Severe Penalties Prescribed in Latest Canadian Racing Associations Regulations OTTAWA Ont June 1 The following rules which were passed by the Canadian Racing Associations at a recent meeting held at Toronto was posted in the secretarys office at Connaught Park today todayAll All persons not in good standing on the turf are prohibited from entering on the premises of any jockey club or racing asso ¬ ciation at any time All such persons found hereon on violation of this notice will be dealt with by law as trespassers Persons enjoying the privileges of this property are warned against employing or harboring per ¬ sons in bad standing on the turf under pen ¬ alty of the extension of the same disqualifi ¬ cation to themselves and their horses horsesAny Any owner or trainer having in his stable or in any way under his control or authority a horso that la not authentically registered or that Is not as represented in the track registration lists may be suspended and all entries from hla stable refused refusedEvery Every entry in a race must be in the name of the person having ownership in tha horse and tho full names of all persons hav ¬ ing any ownership or interest in the horse or any interest in its winnings excepting a trainers percentage of wlnnmgs shall be registered according to the regulations of the Canadian Racing Associations prior to its starting In default of such icgistration a horse whose ownership is not entered dis ¬ closed in the name in which he runs may be disqualified and the person responsible for such failure to completely and correctly register may be suspended or disqualified disqualifiedResponsibility Responsibility in the matter of establish ¬ ing either the identity of a horse or his complete and actual ownership shall be is binding on the persons so identifying or un ¬ dertaking to establish as it Is on the persons having the horse whose identity or owner ¬ ship is In question and the same penalty shall apply to them in case of fraud or at ¬ tempt at fraud
