MASTERS OF HOUNDS MEET The masters of foxhounds of the several states will hold meetings Tuesday, January 9, to elect their representatives on the Hunts committee for 1923. These meetings will be held in Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, New England and the middle West. Representatives so elected play an important part in arranging the hunt club racing each year.
