Deegans, president of the West Virginia Jockey Club of Huntington, will be here with a party of friends for the Derby. Charles L. Trimble, secretary of the Ak-Sar-Ren Exposition .Company, owners of the Omaha race track, arrived Thursday for the Derby. T. E. Muellers three-year-old filly Rohlgold came out of her race Tuesday in bad condition and will not be able to start again until the Latoiiia meeting. George Bull, member of the Jockey Club and secretary of the Saratoga Racing Association, arrived in his private car with a party of friends. J. R. Allen, former sheriff of Nashville. Tenn., and father of G. R. Allen, owner of Calcutta, a Derby candidate, arrived Thursday for the Derby.
