V — HUNTINGTON TURF NOTES HUNTINGTON, W. Va„ April G. A. EL Blanchard was an arrival from Mobile and will serve as paddock judge. Jockey W. Taylor was on the ailing list and was forced to cancel his mounts this afternoon. B, E. Major reports that the three-year-old, Dantes Inferno, is improving wonderfully following the attack of fever developed when shipping here. Old Top was taken sick following his race here yesterday but was greatly improved today. Jockeys Pribble, Zander, Kirk and J. Dolin were arrivals today and will ride at this meeting. Several stables arrived this morning from southern points, including P. Dwyer, with three head ; J. Dabel, two ; C. Langley. with two of the U. S. Wishard string; J. Pierce, two, and 1*. Mkhclison, two.
