WESTROPE LEADS RIDERS CICERO, 111., Aug. 7. Jack Westrope, the young Dakota apprentice sensation, who is making a specialty of being the leading jockey at every meeting where he rides, topped the Hawthorne riders for the first week of the meeting with nine winning mounts.
