MacDONALD ASKS TO QUIT LONDON, England, April 25 The Evening Star declared on Wednesday that Prime Minister Ramsay MacDonald has formally asked King George that he be relieved of the premiership because of his failing health. Rumors have been afloat for the past two years of MacDonalds desire to quit, being prompted by the serious eye disease of the premier which necessitated his taking two long vacations.
