Del Mar Post to Sharp ARCADIA, Calif., June 22.— Herman Sharp who has served as assistant to Barry Whitehead and Webb Everett in the racing secretarys office, will handle the job himself for the first time during the Del Mar meeting. He has been appointed racing secretary at that course.
