GIRL disponed of TINTARY in the early stales, drew clear rapidh and won as rider pleased. LOST MATE moved into contention gradually, rallied mildly when called upon, but was no match for the winner. MARY NOVKK raced within striking distance throughout, but was not good enough. GAY LIGHTER lacked early speed ami tailed to make up giound in the drive. TOP SECRET, otf slowly and badl outrun for three -eighths, raced very wide into the stretch, but went kindly thereafter. CURLER caught tired horses. COPPER BEECH was under stout restraint while following the pace, fenced well while improving his position, took command at will and field sway while being ridden out. GALACTIC was steadied while well placed eaily, took command after the first half, continued on gamely but was no match. SANDER was allowed to -remain off the pace for more than a mile and caught only tiied horses when placed to pressure. STENT MAN was within striking distance while fencing well, but failed to rally. FLEETTOWN, always well behind the pace, made several had landings and tired badly . LORD HAIRAN was out of contention when he made a bad landing and dislodged rider at the tenth fence. LIEUT.
