The chart numbers are so arranged that legal Identification is easy of proof. Tho selections and handicap figures attached to entries art arranged on the same basis. The latter come from the work of four experts aftor the telegraphic receipt of chartB and entries. All persons are warned not to use said ehart or index numbers, select""0 or handicap figures.
