NEW ORLEANS STAKES. In this issue of Dailt Racing Form will be found the conditions of twenty-one important stakes, offered by the prosperous Crescent City Jockey Club of New Orleans. Their appearance is token that the. northern racing campaign is rapidly .drawing to a close and it will not be a great while until tho attention of followers of the turf will be turned exclusively to the two great centers of winter racing San Francisco and New Orleans. This, in connection with the fact that the purees have been raised until ucna will be of less value than 300, adds to tha dignity and importance of the meet" ing and will prove strongly attractivo to horsemen.
