STTf WESTERS JOCKEY CLUB ACTION. f The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Stewards of the Western Jockey Club was held on Monday, November 4th, and the following business transacted: Rale number four No. 4. of the Steeplechase and Hurdle Race Rules was amended by striking out the words "No parte of less than 00X0 shall be given at any meeting where these rules apply." ,4 The following resolution was adopted: Resolved, that no reinstatements will hereafter be made of persons or horses who continue in violation of the rules of the Western Jockey Club.V- -a t vfe.; Applications of J.
