STABLES SCARCE AT SARATOGA. The following notice has been issued by the executive committee of the Saratoga Association : "As the improvements of the Saratoga track and grounds have envolved the removal of much of the stabling to new locations and also as the pending applications have required the construction of a considerable numbor of new stables, some of which are not now completed, notice is directed to be given by tho executive committee that stables of horses should not hereafter be shipped to Saratoga without owners have personally received word from A. McL. Farlocker, Saratoga Springs, that stabling has not only been reserved and assigned, but is ready for occupancy."
