Boidle was best ridden and got up in the final stride. He came with a rushin the final furlong ana Robertson out- rode Adams when it came to a finish. King Ford would have won with riders reversed. He ran a good race and hung on gamely when it came to a drive. Kaslo faltered in the closing strides. Meggs tired at the end. Lathrop was bothered by the blinkers she wore, which worked loose and blinded ner. She threw her rider and ran away four miles and a quarter after the finish. Scratched 33866 Presgrave, 103. All Souls got to going well quicker than usual, caughtthe leaders before they had gone a furlong and came away without much effort in the run home. Quistor was interfered with when rounding the far turn, but finished strongly and outgamed Judge Voorhees when it came to a drive. The latter tired when hard pressed. Enhance showed early Bpeed. Obstinate Simon was much the best, was cut off when rounding the far turn and dropped back but came again, cut the corner at the stretch turn, finished. strongly and was going away at the finish. The Way was at home in the going and ran one of his best races, but was tiring at the finish. Secundus hung on gamely and was wearing The Way down at the end. Remp showed scant speed. The latter fought it out all the way and was wearing the winner down at the end. Kinloch Park was driving to the limit to stall off Bean. The latter began slowly and closed a big gap in the last quarter. Rotterdam could not extend himself in the going. He likes a hard track. Lome had no trouble in getting into second place and was easily the best of the others. Springwater came strongly in the run home. The last three had no chance from where they got off.
