JOCKEY WOODS OUT. Jockoy J. Woods, riding for the Schorr stables horo, has beon practically ruled off the turf by a decision of tho Chicago Jockey Club, handed down by tho officials of that organization at 11 oclock yesterday. The decision, signed by Jndga Lucieu Trovelyan and Associate Judge Shoridnu Clark, reads as follows : "Tho suspension of jockey J. Woods is continued indefinitely and his case referred to tho Western Jockey Club, vith a recommendation that his license bo revoked. The entry of tho" horse Joe Frey will not be accepted by the Chicago Jockey Club in the future, but this, underthe rules, does not invalidate his stake engagements of 1902. "Lucien Teevelyav, Judge.
