BROOKLYN FORM CHART-CONTINUED. Went to post at 4:05. At post 4 minutes. Start bad. Won easily second the same. Oom Paul forced the pace throughout, came away without difficulty in the last quarter and was easily best. Himself, lucky and in light, sustained his speed unexpectedly well and, as weighted, waB second best today. Royal, away badly, was a good horse at the weights and will be hard to beat from now on. Ipse Dixit, a good filly over a distance, had no chance with the ride given her. Mackey Dwyer, unlucky and away badly, received a cowardly and bad ride, but finished strongly. Musette was choked and pulled up repeatedly and never had a chance. She is in grand form. Ethics refused to run in blinkers and trailed a hopeless last. The latter made a good display of early speed and will probably beat this kind from now on. The Talisman, away badly, closed a sap and finished fast.
