Bank Street showed sudden improvement, caught Talala tiring in the stretch run, wore her down and came away as his rider pleased. Talala showed the most early speed, but was probably a bit short. She likes a hard track best. Hall had Soothsayer- under restraint the first half and he finished fast when called on, but too late. Tax Man served as a runner up for Bank Street in the first half mile. Overweights — Bank Street, 2 pounds. Bank Street, show, out. Talala, show. out. Soothsayer, show, 1 to 2. Latrobe, show, 4 to 5.
