WANTS TO WIN NEXT DERBY. Hartford, Conn., January 2. Jockey Danny Maher has placed an order for a high power automobile, which lie will take to England on his return in the spring. "It is my ambition to win the next Derby," said Maher to one of Ids acquaintances here. "I do not expect to continue long in the saddle and I want to be at the top when I retire."
