WILLIAMS HORSES MAKE A POOR SHOWING. Good Cheer is Claimed by Zelinsky Jockey Radtko Leaves Oakland for New Orleans. San Francisco, Cal.. January 2i. Fine weather continues and a big Monday crowd enjoyed the running off of an unusually good card.l Favorites and outsiders were equally successful and fast time prevailed. The disagreeable feature of the afternoons racing was the sorry figure cut by the representatives from the Williams stable. Good Cheer, Nine Spot and Harbor all receded in the betting suid ran accordingly. Jockey Radtke, who heads the list of winning riders here, left tonight for -New Orleans and will ride at the old track. Jim Neil bid up Ed Sheridan from 1906.sh00 to 00 but the horse was retained by his owners. W. J. Zelinsky claimed Good Cheer out of the second race for 1906.sh30. J. D. Millln will sell three two-year-olds by St. Avonlcus In the paddock next Saturday. Eugenia Burch was shipped back to Ascot Park tliis afternoon. James Blute also transferred his entire string to the southern track. Jim Grant is a recent arrival from the east. He had charge of the big Haggin shipment sold at auction in New York in December.
