Winn, who is at Pittsburg, telling him that u deal jiad been closed with Harry Brown for a one years lease of the Lexington racetrack. This means that the American Tnrf Association will hold a spring meeting at Lexington, the details of which will lie announced in the near future. It is more than probable that a syndicate of men prominent In the American Turf Association will be formed to buy the Lexington track, if Harry Brown, who is the executor of the Brown estate, decides to sell the property.
