KEENE BETS ON RADTKES MOUNTS. Memphis, Tenn., February 0. J. O. Keene today displayed his confidence In the ability of jockey Rndtke to land winners. At a loc-al poolroom he left money this morning with the understanding that a bet was to go on each of Radtkes mounts, no matter what he rode. The wagers were taken with the understanding that 15 to 1 would be the limit of odds. Keene quit a big winner on the transaction. Keene leaves for New Orleans tomorrow. He will return next week to ship some of his horses to Hot Springs.
