SCARCITY OF CARS AT MEMPHIS. Memphis, Tenn., February 14. Owing to scarcity in cars nearly a hundred horses consigned from Montgomery Park to Oaklawn track for the opening at Hot Springs were forced to remain here today after all arrangements had been made to ship. A special train Is promised by the railroad people aud horsemen oxpect to leave with their charges Thursday morning.
