KENTUCKYS POOLROOM BILL. The House of Representatives in the Kentucky legislature has passed a bill forbidding the operation of poolrooms in that state and fixing the fine at from ,000 to ,000 per day. The bill has gone to the senate and It is said that it is almost certain to become a law.
