MAY ATTEMPT A MEETING AT DELMAR PARK. St. Louis. Mil, February 27. Following yesterdays decision of the Supreme Court, there are rumors today that an elTort will be made to hold a race meeting at Delmar lark this year. Captain McNamee of the St. Louis mounted police led the raids on the tracks last summer. Justice Stoble said today that he would summon Captain McNamee to trial for unlawfully interfering with the authorities of St. Louis county. Jefferson City, Mo., February 27. Governor Folk today declined to disenps the Supremo Courts decision or to make known his intentions iu the event ot the re-opening of Delmar Park. "I shall do the tiest 1 can to uphold the dignity of the laws of the state," he said. "I have not much reverence for the sacredness of the rights of tlmse engaged in lawlessness."
