A. T. A. DIRECTORS IN SESSION, New Orleans, La., March 10. Directors of the American Turf Association are holding a prolonged session tonight. It has been announced that William T. Shannon has relinquished dates for a spring meeting at Essex Park. It has definitely been decided to hold a meeting at Lexington, Ky. It was feared for a while that the gates of the old track would not be opened this" spring. Treasurer W. J. OBrien was in attendance for only a few minutes.
