CHINN, RACING BILL PASSES THE HOUSE. Will Become a Law With Governor Beckhams Signature and Appointment of Commissioners. Frankfort, Ky., March 10. The Chinn Racing Commission Bill passed the House today without amendment by a vote of 83 to 0. It will be enrolled at once, read and compared in the Senate and House and go to Governor Beckham for his approval or disapproval. There is not. even a suspicion that tbe governor will veto it. The measure will become effective as soon- as it receives the governors signature and the five commissioners and their secretary are appointed. The law is a good one and has the approval of all Kentueklans who have the best interests of- racing at heart. It is expected that Colonel E. F. Clay, T. C. McDowell and M. J. Winn will be appointed members of" the commission.
