DADE TO START ON "SECOND CIRCUIT." New Orleans, La., March 10: Starter A. B. Dade has been notified of his appointment by the Jockey Club as starter on the chain of tracks known as the "Second Circuit." He will commence his duties with the opening of the meeting at Buffalo and continue at Providence, Rockingham Park and Montreal.
