Prince Ching was far back in the early stages, but closed a big gap in the stretcli and outstayed E. C. Rnnte in a driving finish. The latter was always in forward contention, finished fast and ran the best race lie lias shown here. Hagerdon showed superior early speed, but tired at the end. Mazapan ran well and finished close up. Seed Cake ran disappointingly and can do better. Scratched O1102 James J.
