MAY ENTER SUIT FOR DAMAGES. Lexington, Ky., July 28. Attorney John R. Allen has gone to England In the interest of the estate of iCharles F. McMeekln. Suit may le filed against the railroad company for damages because of the killing of Mr. McMeekln In the wreck at Salisbury. July 1 By his will, which has been made public here, Mr. McMeekln lfft his estate of about 5,000 to Mrs. McMeekln. He directs that all of his horses be sold and that one-half of the proceeds be invested in. real estate.
