TO STOP ROUGH RIDING, Now York, July 30. The stewards of the National Steeplechase and Hunt Association held a meeting at .the Windsor Arcade Saturday. A number of Jockeys licenses were granted, but the chief business transacted related to the recent rough riding in races through the field. The stewards finally decided that In future Jockeys who indulged In foul tactics would be ruled off the turf without even a warning. It was also decided to Insist upon a full representation of stewards In the stand whenever steeplechases ore run In future. m xemm
