ALL ROADS LEAD TO THE SPA, New York, Jnly 30. Although many horses have already been shipped to Saratoga to be prepared for their engagements at that track, the general exodus will take place this week. Between today and Saturday dozens of cars will leave the Long Island tracks daily loaded with horses, many of which are simply destined for the" rest cure and rreshening-up process at the Spa, preliminary to their strenuous fall campaign. The J. R. Keeue string was shipped to Saratoga during the night. The most prominent stables already on the ground are those of Barney Sehreiber, 11. P. Whitney, J. A. Drake, P. T. Cblnn. L. A. Cella, John Sanford and Ralph Black. Thomas Welch leaves tomorrow night with the big Newcastle Stable, owned by Andrew Miller. Jockey" Miller goes along and will not be seen in the saddle again at Brighton after Tuesday.
