ONLY ONE WINNING FAVORITE AT FORT ERIE. Buffalo, N. Y., July 30. An unusually large Monday crowd crossed to the Canadian side to witness the running of an ordinary card of six races at Fort Krie. Only one favorite was fortunate enough to catch the Judges eyes first. The other winners were at comfortable odds. Boola was the winning favorite. She had no trouble in sprinting away from her company and won In the easiest kind of manner.. F. B. Shaw was well backed by his stable connections at 20 to 1. He was in motion when the barrier was released, shot to the front and was never headed; winning in a common canter. J. W. Uusswurm, secretary of the Tennessee Breeders Association was a visitor at Fort Erie today. George Hendrle has secured second call on the services of jockey Wishard. He began riding for that stable today.
