THERE WILL BE RACING AT HAVANA. New York, August 11. The announcement made a few days ago to the effect that the "Havana Jockey Club had decided to abandon its meeting in Havana next winter" seems to have created the impression that there Is to be no racing at the Cuban capital. The Cuban Jockey Club, which Is now rushing its plant to completion, will hold Its inaugural meeting as announced, beginning about December 9. . The Cuban Jockey Club Is the substantial organization. The Havana Jockey Club is a somewhat mythical affair. It is considered to have been the dream of a coterie of New Yorkers who bad a notion that they could profit by cutting In at Havana.
