BUTTE MEETING WILL OPEN TODAY. The Butte Fair and Racing Association will begin Its meeting of seventeen days at Butte, Montana, this afternoon. It is a mixed meeting. There will be two harness and four running races each day. There are six stakes with 00 each added for the runners. The other races will be for purses of 00, 3 going to the second horse and 5 to the third. W. A. Clark, Jr.. Is president of the association and A. D. Galbralth is secretary and treasurer. K. . Stebblns will be the presiding judge and Richard Harey will do the starting.
