Won driving; second and third the samp. Anneta Lady ran lapped on the pacemaker from the start, fell back on the far turn, but "closed up well after saving a lot of ground on the last turn and got up to win in the last stride. Silver Wedding set the pace, but on the last turn was carried out by Azellna, losing much ground and that beat her. Azellua ran alongside the pacemaker and forced her out very wide on the stretch bend and finally tired right at the end. Memories got away poorly and trailed for live furlongs, was then gaining slowly in the last quarter and can do much better. Belle Strome, palpably handicapped by the going, was never dangerous, retiring altogether on the far turn. - Scratched 63243 Dainty, 98; 04273 Toots Mook, 99; C3S9S Mistress of Rolls, 103. Won easily; second and third driving Pirate made, the running throughout, was always well In hand and much the best. Waterford was always in nearest pursuit of the winner and run a game race. Pure Pepper ran as if short, seemingly lacked early speed and unexpectedly failed at the end and can do much better. Tom Cogan fell when moving up at the beginning of tile last turn of the Held and might have won, having been trailing under a pull, but fenced poorly. Scratched 04230SC. B. Clara-Huron set the pace throughout, drew into a clear lead after going the first quarter and won with something in reserve. Dollle Dollars trailed in the rear of the front division in the early running, then came through on the inside and, saving ground, got up into a fast going second, showing a superior class effort at the weights. Hyperbole ran forwardly throughout, but finished a tiring third. NeOskaleeta came fast from the rear and run a cracking good race. Bemay tired after going three furlongs In close and strenuous pursuit of the winner. Umbrella ran forwardly and loomed up midway of the stretch, but tired finally. Harris got away poorly on the outside, but closed up steadily and after leing carried wide on the stretch bend, came fast and got up to win in the last stride. Wreiine, very partial to soft going, practically set the pace from the start and saving ground all the way, was just nipped out at the end. Gus Heidorii, also favored by the going, was a prominent and game contender until right at the end, where he tired ami gave way. Wes, nwny slowly and in close quarters for half the journey, fell back at a critical point on the last turn, then came on into a close fourth, was handicapped by the going and can do much better. Right Royal, still very sore, was so much favored by the footing that he partially ran to his real form and closed a gap in the last half. Cholk Hedrlek failed to stay after going a prominent six furlongs. Tongorder was squeezed out at the start and virtually left. Scratched 41424! Azellna, !Mi; 042.-!3 Neptunns, 101: HI!.". Theyre Off, from a flying start, made the most of his advautage and stole a long lead early, won all the way, was never seriously menaced and is a good looker. Lally, after being shuffled back in the middle running, closed up steadily in the last quarter and got up for second place in the last couple of strides and going like a bhot. Prince Fortunatns broke slowly, but got into forward contention quickly and tired nt the end after a strenuous chase of the winner. Fish Hawk got away poorly and showed much early speed, but dropped back in the last quarter under a poor ride. Vinton, nearly left, closed a big gap. Mitre showed early speed, but failed to stay. Daisy Frost was prominent to the stretch.
