WILLIAM BOLTON DIES AT SARATOGA. William C. Bolton, a stepbrother of William Cowan and an employe of the firm of which the last named manages the business, died at Saratoga Tuesday, from a sudden attack of liver trouble. He was a member of the Turf Benevolent Association. It was the second death in twenty-four hours among the members of that organization.
