FIRST PRIZE TO A BREEDING BUREAU HORSE. At the fair in Margaretville, N. Y., laBt week, the stallion Willard, by Canopus Meg Merrilies II., was exhibited in an open ring for stallions and was awarded first prize. This is one of the horses in the Breeding Bureau and the first of them to be exhibited in competition with, other stallions.
