PAUL J. RAINEY GOES ABROAD. New York, September 7. Paul J. Ralney, the owner of De Muud and Heaslip, has gone to England. He sailed Wednesday on the Majestic, and he will hardly get back in time to sec an.r more racing in this country this season. Mr. Kainey did not go abroad to buy horses. The American thoroughbred, he says, is good enough for him. He went for a months shooting in Scotland.
