FOY SECURES RELEASE FROM MCARREN. Cincinnati, O., September 10. The Circuit Court at Covington has declared the contract held by Hugh McCarren, Jr. on the services of jockey Ain-cent Foy to be invalid. Foy is now under suspension for a suspicious ride on St. Paris at Latonia. He will seek reinstatement by the American Turf Association and AAestern Jockey Club. It is under-. stood that his next employer will be Edward Frye of Huntington, AV. Ara., who. it is said, intends to buy a stable of horses for winter racing.
