TRAINER STAFFORD EXPECTS. GOOD ; SEASON. A. J. Stafford, who will handle the horses In the stable of George W. J. BIssell, the Pittsburg turfman, next season, was once the trainer for E. R. Thomas. Trainer Stafford is highly pleased with the twenty-six head of yearlings now owued by BIssell at the Lexington track and believes he will be able to go east next spring with a select bunch of two-year-olds.
